At LOLA HAIR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
This policy applies only to orders placed on our website and delivered within the United Kingdom.


Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Product Condition

Returned products must be:

  • In good condition

  • Possibly tested briefly, with no signs of prolonged use

  • In their original packaging

  • With all accessories included

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or damaged products upon receipt: return shipping costs are covered by us

  • Change of mind or unsuitable but compliant product: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility


Restocking Fees

No restocking fees apply.
As shipping is free, no initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank.


Product Exchange

In the event of a defective product, an exchange or replacement may be offered, subject to availability.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns may be refused if:

  • Parts or accessories are missing
